This property with the adjacent lots was part of San Jerónimo Hacienda. Built around 1760. The Hacienda was acquired by the sculptor Rodolfo González Villareal around 1958, who reconstructed it, preserving the original style. His family who inherited the property preserved it in the original colonial style it was built. It has unique architectural and decoration elements with lot of character, like the big patio with huge and old trees, the laid out of the floor plan, the use of stone, arches, niches, the stairways with wrought iron rails, the cantera floors and the location in a beautiful environment near Pastita river.
