It has fresh climate even during hot days, and great lights in the morning and afternoon. There are two rooms with double beds available, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, entrance hall and one room with a single bed. The house is above street level, with a great view and isolated from daily hustle. It has 60 stairs to climb, which make up for a healthy dose of daily exercise. However, it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues or if they plan to carry a lot of heavy luggage. Parking at street level is usually available. Great and easily accessible part of town. ATM, restaurants, coffee places, bread store, pharmacy, and convenience stores in immediate vicinity, 10 mins to vegetable/meat market. A nice park “Florencio Antillon” and La Presa dam are very close by. Rent includes: Hi-speed internet, electricity and water. Washing machine available.
