With beautiful views of the Sierra Santa Rosa and the city of Guanajuato, as well as the towers of the Valenciana temple, it is located in a place that reminds you of the natural world, while maintaining the small-town feeling, part of Guanajuato. The street is inhabited by an eclectic mix of locals and foreigners as well as the former governor of Guanajuato and renowed ceramic artists. Most wood in the house is of sustainable origin and very high quality, or of old recovered wood by Manuel Parra, such as the mesquite dinner table or the unique doors. The house also has two porches with gorgeous views. It is located 5 min from the bus stop to the center; 5 min by car from the supermarket, 15min to the center of Guanajuato, 5 minutes from the MACROCENTRO (exercise complex) and a large running track. 5min to elementary and middle schools, and 2min walk to the Valenciana Temple, the BOCAMINA and the Mina Guadalupe, all part of Guanajuato’s tourist stops as part of a UNESCO heritage city.
