The homes also count with two new 100 gallon solar water heaters that provide hot water to the homes besides the gas water heater. It can serve as a great investment property as an Airbnb where owner can live in one home and rent out the other homes. All the complex consisting of four homes is being sold with all furnishing, linens, appliances, and all kitchenware. The homes sit behind a private gated callejon/walkway where only three other homes are located. So the area is private, safe, and definitely quiet.
