The bedroom is large with either a king size bed or two twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is a double window with beautiful views. And the room has a big closet with a safe built into it. The bathroom has beautiful tilework throughout it, a nice size shower and plenty of storage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and storage. There is a gas stove with oven, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, utensils and dinnerware. The kitchen has everything you need to make cooking easy when you are not enjoying the wonderful restaurants in Guanajuato. The living and dining areas are furnished with comfortable Mexican style furnishings that help create an atmosphere of the area. There is also a TV and ceiling fan in the living room. Large sliding doors open onto a balcony with magnificent views of the city, mountains and sunsets. Other features of the apartments are wireless internet, a laundry with washer and dryer and house cleaning service twice a week. The apartments are in a safe family neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. They have a large secure fenced yard with parking space. The yard is beautiful with many native plants. The location in the hills is a ten minute walk to the wonderful activities in the town center and very close to a couple of small local markets. NO PETS
